If you are not completely satisfied with My Makeup Closet purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for United States purchases and Canadian purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. My Makeup Closet monitors return activity by customers, from abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that My Makeup Closet will no longer accept any returns from that customer.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at My Makeup Closet's discretion. Please note, the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping charges for the return. Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 30 days of delivery, and we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
