Processing Details

North America

Orders are typically processed in 1 day. If you place an order before noon (CST), the order will be processed on the same day. After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Grapevine, Texas or Toronto, Ontario. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from our Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing time. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. United States orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

International

Orders are processed in 3 days. Shipping usually takes 15-20 days. Please note that international orders can be held up at customs. Delivery times may vary due to this. The shipping fee does not cover duties, if any.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

You will receive an automated email confirming your order. Once we have processed your order from our distribution center, you will receive another email informing you with shipping information and tracking number. You can use the tracking number to keep track of your order.
